Root Cause Forensic Science and Engineering has experience in cases of product liability in both contract and tort cases, in cases of design defect, manufacturing defect, and failure to warn. Although in total we have more experience on the plaintiff side between insurance companies for users and manufacturers, more recently our experience has been greater on the defendant, manufacturer side. We have some experience with plaintiff cases brought by individuals and have been successful in all of them. We have experience with both manufactured units as well as compounds. We have worked in recovery for everything from a multi-million dollar machine for a multinational corporation to a cosmetic for an individual.
